You can either use the in-built functionality to import documents to Business Central through a 3rd party OCR service, or else you can use a 3rd party Expenses Management app that integrates seamlessly with your financial management system for less administrative work!

Employees can use a very simple mobile app that can be found on iTunes and Google Play Store, to photograph their receipts and that’s it!
The App will use its SmartScan capabilities to scan the receipts and translate it to an entry to be approved by the administrator which will automatically be translated to an entry in Dynamics 365 Business Central for posting in the correct G/L account.
